Temporary Visas:

Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Subclass 188 Visa

A 4-year provisional visa available to business owners and investors.

Significant Investor Subclass 188 Visa

A 4-year provisional visa for investors who make $5 million in investments in Australia.

Business Visitor Visas

A 3-month or less visa for the purpose of short-stay which includes attending business meetings or exploring business opportunities.

Residence Visas:

Business Talent Visa (Subclass 132)

A visa for people with an overall successful business career as a business owner or those with Venture Capital funding in Australia or have maintained an investment in bonds.

Business Innovation and Investment Provisional (Subclass 888)

This visa is the completion of the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Subclass 188 Visa; the requirement of which is for applicants to have established business operations in Australia or to have maintained an investment in bonds.
